Description
The Casali of Saint Lazarus consists of an ancient hospital for lepers founded by Saint Francis according to tradition, but more likely deriving from a donation made by the noble Razzardo di Roccapazza, perhaps induced by the Franciscan Rule.
In this place, in the municipality of Preci, the most adventurous photographers come here to capture images of the spectacular “Cascata de Lu Cugnuntu”, a narrow gorge, a veritable canyon, of about 20 meters.
